Listening to schools helped us to launch In Touch – an intelligent telephone messaging system which enables schools to communicate critical information to parents to aid crisis management. The system has a number of unique features including remote access to enable staff to record updates from any location, away from the school site. A high capacity system designed specifically for emergencies, In Touch has the capability to handle up to 900 calls in less than 15 minutes. Every school needs a comprehensive disaster recovery plan and In Touch fulfils these emergency communications requirements for a fee which starts at just £29 a month.
